As an AI and Power Sector Practitioner for 5 years, I have been able to serve the community by promoting AI education and AI pathway to the local AI community and oversea AI communities. As a continuous learner, I have been able to contribute, lead and manage AI projects through Trinet Innovations Pvt Ltd, which is a startup founded by myself with a couple of good friends. After that, through my university and as well as with Omdena Inc, I have been able to lead , manage and contribute to AI projects and host some of them to promote AI and find solutions to existing problems and scenarios in society. Other than that, I have been able to deliver my knowledge to the AI communities in order to rectify issues in ML/AI/Data science pipeline, certain domains ( Image processing, NLP, video analysis, generative AI), and mentor many people around the world to kickstart the career of AI.With Omdena, starting from Junior ML engineer to product owner and Srilanka Chapter co-lead, I have been able to start, manage and contribute to over 16 projects so far throughout Omdena's journey. As a mentor, I have been able to mentor different AI communities as well.
